CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD

Recipes CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD
(serves 6-8)

Ingredients:
6-8 Boneless Chicken breasts
1 pkg Ramen (pork or beef flavor)
3 tbspns Sunflower seeds
3 tbspns Sesame Seeds
3 tbspns Slivered Almonds
Yoshida Oriental Style Gourmet Sauce
1 tbspn Soy Sauce/or more to taste
1 Head Cabbage
2-3 bunches Green Onions
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
3 tbspns Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
Sweet seedless Grapes

Preperation:

1. Take the Chicken Breasts and marinate in Oriental Sauce for at least 3 Hrs. Then Barbeque them -DON'T OVERCOOK Cool and slice into small strips.

2. Line a cookie sheet w/aluminum foil, break the Ramen noodles into bits (SAVE THE PACKET) Add Sunflower Seeds ,Almonds and Sesame Seed. Toast for 20 minutes @ 350 deg. stirrin ocassionally to ensure not to burn. Set aside to cool.

3. Chop fine 1 head of cabbage, 2-3 bunches of green onions, add grapes - Cool in Refrigerator. Mix ingredients.

4. In a lidded jar combine: vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, packet from ramen and soy sauce.Shake well to mix.

To Serve:

Place Vegetable mixture into a bowl, add chicken strips, Ramen mixture to top. Season w/ Dressing mixture.
